National Association of Mortgage Field Services
the premier trade association for the mortgage field service
industry, announces the launch
ALLIANCE - The NAMFS Code Enforcement Solution. This
free, web-based tool can be
found on the NAMFS website -
It will facilitate the streamline communication
collaboration between local code enforcement officials and
the national field service
providers for the mortgage
servicing industry and will unite these groups as allies in
violation issues and preventing costly fines.
A new more robust tool called Compliance Connections
Compliance Connections utilizes the entire MERS database plus several
others providing a more robust tool than simply the MERS database.
Also offered is a free online webinar accredited by AACE.

and Utah Housing Finance
Agencies, as well as all of
